Shields get passive regen, armor gets higher average base resists. If you're going to reduce resists on armor, you might as well give them passive regeneration and call them "shields 2".

5. Reloading pos guns - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Yesterday I was unanchoring a POS and we couldn't remove the ammo... So in the end we had to offline the tower, blow up the POS guns, and then unanchor the tower... And now the POS is back up without guns! I hope CCP gets quicker at either catchin...
